Our personalised Funeral & Memorial Stubby Holders are a gentle, practical keepsake created to honour the life of someone special. Designed to be shared, displayed, and taken home by family and friends, they offer a thoughtful way to remember a loved one while bringing people together.

Each holder is custom designed using your chosen photo, name, dates and wording, then printed and handmade in-house by our small family team in Mackay, Queensland.

Whether used at a funeral, wake, memorial, celebration of life, or private gathering, these holders are created to feel personal, respectful and comforting — something guests will genuinely keep.

 

IMPORTANT – Please Read

Priority production & express delivery are included

All Funeral & Memorial Stubby Holder orders are automatically prioritised in our production schedule.

Once your final proof is approved:

  • Your order is produced within 2–4 business days
  • Shipped via express delivery
  • Tracking is provided as soon as your order leaves our studio

This is our way of keeping the process simple and low-stress during an already difficult time — no extra steps, no upgrades, and no additional selections required.

Shipping  

All Cheers Co products are custom made to order.


Standard production time: Up to 10 business days from final proof approval. During busy or peak periods, production may take longer.


Our studio operates Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays). Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.


Loss or Damage in Transit: If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can work with the courier to investigate.


At this time, The Cheers Co ships within Australia only.

Returns  

Because all Cheers Co products are custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.


As part of our process, you will receive a digital proof for review and approval prior to printing. Please take the time to carefully check all details, including colours, spelling, names, dates and wording, before giving final proof approval.


Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only before final proof approval. Once your final proof is approved, cancellations are not possible.


Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching your approved proof, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details.


We will work with you to assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy – such as a replacement, repair or refund – in line with this policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Colour & Print Disclaimer: Minor colour and print variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects or faults.


If you have very specific colour requirements, please let us know before final proof approval so we can discuss options.
