From my very enthusiastic (and probably slightly gibberish 😂) emails, Claire immediately understood exactly what I was trying to create and brought my vision to life! She took on board all of my inspiration images, ideas and little details, then added her own creativity and expertise to design completely custom and personalised stubby holders for each member of the band.

Their website was incredibly clear about pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery expectations, which made ordering so easy. Because our turnaround was very last minute, I reached out via Instagram to double-check timing. Claire replied within minutes—not hours or days—and was so friendly and helpful. She even set up all of our order details for us, making the whole process completely stress-free.

I was amazed that within 24 hours our design had been created, the products had been made, and our order had been shipped. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast and seamless everything was.

The design process was very fast - a few hours from question to finalised design and the finished product was just as the design indicated. A super limited edition version was also included with no problems. The guests all loved their little memento!
