Our Wedding Stubby Holder Sample lets you experience the look, feel and finish of your wedding stubbies before placing your full order — so you can move forward with complete confidence.

For a flat rate of $30 (including shipping), you’ll receive a custom printed sample of your chosen design, made using the same premium materials and production process as every bulk wedding order.

Sample orders are prioritised and dispatched within one week of proof approval.

As soon as your sample ships, we’ll email you a $30 digital gift voucher to use on your full wedding order — so your sample effectively comes straight off the cost of your final order.

  3. Enter your personalisation details and any notes for our designer

  4. Place your order

  5. We send your custom design proof within 24 hours

  6. Your sample is dispatched within one week of proof approval

  7. Your $30 gift voucher is emailed to you

Shipping  

All Cheers Co products are custom made to order.


Standard production time: Up to 10 business days from final proof approval. During busy or peak periods, production may take longer.


Our studio operates Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays). Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.


Loss or Damage in Transit: If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can work with the courier to investigate.


At this time, The Cheers Co ships within Australia only.

Returns  

Because all Cheers Co products are custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.


As part of our process, you will receive a digital proof for review and approval prior to printing. Please take the time to carefully check all details, including colours, spelling, names, dates and wording, before giving final proof approval.


Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only before final proof approval. Once your final proof is approved, cancellations are not possible.


Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching your approved proof, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details.


We will work with you to assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy – such as a replacement, repair or refund – in line with this policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Colour & Print Disclaimer: Minor colour and print variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects or faults.


If you have very specific colour requirements, please let us know before final proof approval so we can discuss options.
