How It Works

 

  1. Create your design in your favourite design program (Canva, Illustrator, etc.)
  2. Upload your file and include your editable file or share link at checkout
  3. We check everything, tweak it for print if needed & send you a proof
  4. You approve → we print, press & sew your stubbies in-house

What We Help With

 

We’ll:

• Make sure your design fits the stubby properly

• Thicken fine fonts if needed (very common with online designs)

• Tidy spacing and layout for the best print result

• Let you know if anything needs fixing before we print

We don’t offer full logo design or graphic design from scratch with this product —

but if you’ve got ideas, screenshots, moodboards or inspo, upload them and we’ll help you pull it together into a print-ready design.

 

Your Design Size (Super Important)

Before you start designing, set your page size to:

 

Standard Stubbies — 225mm × 125mm

Slimline Stubbies — 205mm × 135mm

 

(These sizes include bleed and will ensure your design fits perfectly on the stubby.)

 

You can download our exact template above if you’d prefer — it shows you exactly where everything should go.

 

Why We Ask for an Editable File

Designs often use very thin fonts that look great on screen but don’t always print nicely on fabric.

By providing your editable file or design link, we can access the live artwork and make any small adjustments (like stroke weight or spacing) to make sure everything prints beautifully.

Please upload your file AND include your editable file or design link.

 

One Last Thing

If your file needs major changes, we’ll let you know before we print and may ask you to update your design first.

By ordering, you confirm you have permission to use any images or artwork supplied.

Shipping  

All Cheers Co products are custom made to order.


Standard production time: Up to 10 business days from final proof approval. During busy or peak periods, production may take longer.


Our studio operates Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays). Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.


Loss or Damage in Transit: If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can work with the courier to investigate.


At this time, The Cheers Co ships within Australia only.

Returns  

Because all Cheers Co products are custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.


As part of our process, you will receive a digital proof for review and approval prior to printing. Please take the time to carefully check all details, including colours, spelling, names, dates and wording, before giving final proof approval.


Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only before final proof approval. Once your final proof is approved, cancellations are not possible.


Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching your approved proof, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details.


We will work with you to assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy – such as a replacement, repair or refund – in line with this policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Colour & Print Disclaimer: Minor colour and print variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects or faults.


If you have very specific colour requirements, please let us know before final proof approval so we can discuss options.
