If you’re ordering custom stubby holders for a wedding, event or business, you’ll find answers to our most common questions below.
Ordering & Design
How do I place an order for custom stubby holders?
Simply choose your preferred design from our wedding, birthday, business or memorial stubby holder collections, enter your wording, and place your order online.
Once your order is in, we handle the personalised design, layout and proofing process for you.
Will I see a proof before my order is printed?
Yes — always.
Every order includes a personalised digital proof, sent within 24-48 hours of ordering.
We don’t print anything until you’ve approved your final design.
Can I make changes to my design?
Absolutely.
All orders include unlimited design revisions.
Name changes, wording tweaks, layout adjustments — it’s all part of the service.
We’ll keep refining your design with you until it feels just right.
Do you charge extra for custom designs or proofs?
No.
There are:
- no design fees
- no proofing fees
- no hidden add-ons
Custom design is central to how The Cheers Co operate.
Production & Timing
How long does production take?
Our standard production time is approximately 3-4 weeks from final proof approval.
This allows us to batch carefully, maintain colour consistency, and check every stubby holder before dispatch.
What if my event is sooner?
If your event is coming up sooner than our standard timeframe, please visit our Rush My Order page or contact us before ordering.
We’ll always be upfront about what’s possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Where are your stubby holders made and shipped from?
All of our personalised stubby holders are sourced from Australian suppliers and are produced and dispatched from our studio in Mackay, Queensland.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes — we ship within Australia only.
How is my order delivered?
We use trusted carriers including Australia Post and TNT / FedEx.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to appear in the courier’s system.
What if my order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit?
Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier.
We package orders carefully and work with reputable carriers. If you would like additional shipping insurance, just let us know before dispatch.
If something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll help you work through the next steps.
Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 48 hours of placing your order.
Orders cancelled within this window receive a full refund.
After 48 hours, production has commenced and refunds are no longer possible.
Do you accept returns or change-of-mind refunds?
Because all of our products are custom made to order, we can’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
This is why proof approval is such an important part of our process.
What if something arrives faulty or incorrect?
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching your approved proof (excluding accepted print and colour variations), please contact us immediately.
We’ll assess the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Product Quality & Expectations
Are your stubby holders Australian made?
Yes — proudly.
Every part of what we do is made in Australia.
We source our materials locally and design, print and finish every stubby holder right here in our QLD studio.
Will the colours look exactly like my screen?
Our stubby holders are printed onto fabric using dye sublimation printing. Because fabric absorbs colour differently than a screen displays it, and because device screens vary, slight colour variation can occur.
Every approved design is test printed and carefully checked before full production begins. If we notice a significant difference between the digital proof and the fabric result, we’ll contact you with options before proceeding.
Will the bases fall out?
No. Our bases are securely attached using our signature in-house gluing method — a construction detail that differs from most high-volume suppliers and one we’re very particular about.
Base failure is one of the biggest frustrations people experience with cheap coolers, and it’s exactly what we set out to avoid.
Every stubby is individually tested before it leaves our workshop.
These are designed to be keepsakes, not throwaway promo items — and they’re built to last.
