Are You Ordering in Time?

You're in a great position.
Simply place your order online and we'll take care of the rest.
🟡 Between 2 and 4 weeks before your event
Don't panic, but don't leave it any longer.
Place your order as soon as possible and tell us your event date or delivery deadline. We plan our production schedule around customer deadlines wherever we can, but we can only do that if we know when you need them.
🔴 Less than 2 weeks before your event
Don't assume it's too late. We've surprised plenty of customers. Get in touch with us or place your order using our Rush Order Service.
Rush Order automatically puts your order at the front of the queue, and we'll produce and dispatch your stubby holders within 1 to 2 business days of final proof approval. If we accept your Rush Order and later determine that we can't produce and dispatch it within the agreed timeframe, we'll let you know immediately and refund your order.
How Long Does Production Take?
Every order includes a personalised digital proof before printing.
Your first proof is usually sent within 24 hours of ordering (or 24 to 48 hours during busy periods). We don't begin production until you've approved your final proof.
Once your proof is approved, our standard production time is up to 10 business days.
Delivery time is additional and depends on your location and your selected shipping method.

When every day counts, we'll move as quickly as we possibly can.
Rush orders are produced and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from final proof approval.
Because delivery is handled by Australia Post and TNT/FedEx, we can't guarantee delivery dates once your order has been dispatched. What we can guarantee is that we'll always be honest about what's achievable and do everything we reasonably can to get your order out as quickly as possible.
