How it works
- Create your design in your preferred design program (Canva, Illustrator, etc.)
- Upload your file and include your editable file or share link at checkout
- We review everything, adjust for print if needed and send you a digital proof
- You approve → we print, press and sew your stubby holders in-house
What we help with

We don’t provide full graphic design from scratch with this product — but if you have ideas, screenshots or mood boards, upload them and we’ll help refine them into a print-ready layout.
Design size (important)
Before designing, set your page size to:
Standard & Overlocked — 225mm × 125mm
Slimline — 205mm × 135mm
These sizes include bleed and ensure your artwork fits correctly.
Why we ask for an editable file
Thin fonts and certain design elements can look great on screen but don’t always print well on fabric.
By supplying your editable file or share link, we can access a copy of your live artwork and make small technical adjustments (such as stroke weight or spacing) to ensure everything prints cleanly.
Please upload your main file and include your editable file or link where possible.

What file types do you accept?
AI, EPS and PDF (vector files) are ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files are also accepted.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. Every order receives a digital proof before production begins.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. All orders are produced in Mackay, QLD and shipped Australia-wide with tracking.
