Review your proof and let us know if you’d like any changes. We’ll revise and resend until you’re completely comfortable — no limits on revisions, and no pressure to approve until it feels right.
Step 4: Approve & print
Once you approve your final proof, your order moves into production.
We take care to make the design stage feel easy and supportive, while keeping things moving smoothly so your order stays on track.

Once your final proof is approved, your order moves into production and can’t be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before approving.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because all products are custom made to order, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching your approved proof, please contact us - we’ll always work with you to resolve it.
Will colours look exactly the same as on my screen?
Minor colour variations can occur due to screen settings and the nature of fabric printing. These are considered normal and don’t affect quality.
