Order Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with The Cheers Co, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Terms of Service, Custom Orders & Proofing, Shipping, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

 

Production & Turnaround Time

All products are custom made to order.

Standard production:

Up to 10 business days from final proof approval.

Shipping time is additional.

 

Recommended order windows:

  • QLD, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS: at least 8 weeks before your event
  • WA: at least 10 weeks before your event

 

Rush Orders

If “Rush My Order” is selected at checkout, your order will be produced and dispatched within 2-4 business days from final proof approval.

Rush availability may be limited during busy periods; if we are unable to meet a rush request, we will contact you and provide a refund as soon as possible.

 

Design & Proofing

All design and proofing is handled under our Custom Orders & Proofing Policy.

This includes:

  • Unlimited design revisions
  • Collaborative proofing process
  • Customer responsibility for final approval

 

Final Approval & Customer Responsibility

Once your final proof is approved, your order proceeds to production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before giving final proof approval. After final proof approval, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our products.

The customer is responsible for ensuring all names, spelling, dates and details are correct on the approved proof. The Cheers Co is not liable for errors that appear on products which were present in the approved proof, so please check all details carefully before giving final approval. This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty products

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final for changeofmind reasons.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details regarding damaged, faulty or misprinted items. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law

 

Colour & Print Variations

Minor colour variations and natural characteristics of the printing and fabric process are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are based on information provided by our carriers.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a remedy (such as replacement, store credit or refund) in line with our policies and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Cheers Co is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by factors outside our reasonable control, such as carrier network disruptions or extreme weather.

Event Date Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ordering within the recommended timeframes and allowing sufficient time for design, production and shipping.

Where we confirm in writing that we can meet a particular timeframe, this means we will produce and dispatch your order within the time frame we have specified (for example, “we will ship your order by [date]”), provided you approve your final proof when requested.

Because delivery is handled by thirdparty carriers, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date, and delivery timeframes remain estimates only. We will always use reasonable efforts to help your order arrive in time for your event, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (such as carrier delays, network disruptions or extreme weather).

 

Force Majeure

The Cheers Co is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier disruptions, supplier delays, power outages, industrial action, or events impacting production or delivery services.

 

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images and content remain the intellectual property of The Cheers Co and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
