Domestic Shipping
Production & Processing Time
All Cheers Co products are custom made to order.
Standard production time:
Up to 10 business days from final proof approval.
During busy or peak periods, production may take longer. If we expect a material delay beyond the usual timeframe, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Once production is complete, your order is carefully packed and dispatched from our studio.
Our studio operates Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays).
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery & Tracking
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only and are based on information provided by our carriers
We use trusted carriers including Australia Post and TNT / FedEx to deliver your order safely.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, it is carried by third‑party couriers such as Australia Post and TNT / FedEx.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a remedy (such as replacement, store credit or refund) in line with our policies and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by factors outside our reasonable control (for example, carrier network disruptions or extreme weather), but we will always do our best to help resolve any problems quickly.
Optional shipping insurance or Extra Cover may be available for high‑value orders on request. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
