Change of Mind & Refunds

Because all Cheers Co products are custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Once an order is placed, your design process begins and materials are allocated specifically to your order, making resale impossible.

We encourage careful consideration before placing your order.

As part of our process, you will receive a digital proof for review and approval prior to printing.

Please take the time to carefully check all details, including colours, spelling, names, dates and wording, before giving final proof approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before final proof approval.

Once your final proof is approved, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our products and the fact that production begins immediately.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Faulty
• Or not matching your approved proof (excluding accepted print and colour variations outlined in our Colour & Print Disclaimer)

Please contact us immediately with photos and your order details.

We will work with you to assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy – such as a replacement, repair or refund – in line with this policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Colour & Print Disclaimer

We take great care to ensure your custom products are printed as accurately as possible. However, there may be minor variations in colour and print between:

• What you see on screen and the final printed product
• Different print runs or batches
• Different materials or fabric types

These variations can occur due to screen settings, device brightness, ink and dye behaviour, fabric texture, and normal tolerances in the printing process. As a result, minor colour and print variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects or faults.

If you have very specific colour requirements (for example, to match a brand colour or wedding palette), please let us know before final proof approval so we can discuss options.
