Change of Mind & Refunds
Because all Cheers Co products are custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Once an order is placed, your design process begins and materials are allocated specifically to your order, making resale impossible.
We encourage careful consideration before placing your order.
As part of our process, you will receive a digital proof for review and approval prior to printing.
Please take the time to carefully check all details, including colours, spelling, names, dates and wording.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations made within this 48-hour window will be fully refunded.
Cancellations requested after 48 hours cannot be refunded, as production on your custom goods will have commenced.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Or not matching your approved proof (excluding accepted print and colour variations outlined in our policies)

We will always work with you to assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
