At The Cheers Co, every order is custom made — and the design process is one of the most important (and fun!) parts of what we do.

We’re here to work with you until you genuinely love your design.

 

Our Design Promise

Every custom order includes:

• A personalised digital proof
• Unlimited design revisions
• Direct communication with our in-house team
• No bots, no outsourcing, no extra design fees
• Real humans who care about your order as much as you do

We don’t put a cap on creativity.

We’ll keep refining your design with you until it feels just right.

 

Proofing Timeline

Once your order is placed, your first proof is typically sent within 24 hours.

From there:

• You review the design
• Send us any changes
• We revise and resend
• Repeat until you’re completely happy

 

There’s no pressure, no rush - just a collaborative process to get it perfect.

To help us meet your event date and our standard production timeframe of up to 10 business days from final proof approval, we recommend sending any feedback within 1-2 business days where possible.

 

Final Approval

Before we move your order into production, you’ll approve your final proof via email or our Proofing Portal. By approving, you’re confirming that:

• All wording, spelling, dates and details are correct
• The layout and design meet your expectations
• You’re happy for your order to proceed to printing

If you need to cancel your order, you must let us know before you approve your final proof. Once your final proof is approved, production begins and your order can no longer be changed or cancelled because your products are made to order.

 

Why Approval Matters

Because your products are fully custom made, we print exactly what is approved.

Please review your final proof carefully - especially names, dates, spelling and event details - to ensure everything is exactly how you want it.

We are not responsible for errors that appear on your products where those errors were present in the approved proof, so please check all details carefully before giving final approval. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty products.
