Marketing & Use of Customer Designs and Images
By placing an order with The Cheers Co, you agree that we may photograph and display your completed products and use images of your products, including names, dates, locations and photographs of people, for marketing, advertising, social media, website and portfolio purposes.
If your order includes identifiable personal images, such as faces in mugshot designs, you confirm that:
- You have the right to provide those images
- You have obtained any necessary consent from the individuals appearing in them
- You authorise The Cheers Co to use those images for the purposes described above
If you no longer want your images used for marketing, you may contact us in writing at any time. We will stop using your images in new marketing materials and, where it is reasonable and practical, will remove them from our website and social media.
