Your first personalised proof is typically sent within 24 hours of ordering.
Step 3: Refine your design
Review the proof and send through any changes. We’ll revise and resend with unlimited design revisions until you’re completely happy.
Step 4: Approve & print
Once you approve your final proof, your order moves into production.
We don’t rush the design stage — it’s collaborative, relaxed, and all about getting it perfect.

Timing and Delivery
Production Time
- All products are custom made to order
- Standard production time is up to 4 weeks from final proof approval
- Production runs Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays)
Shipping
- Shipping time is additional to production
- Orders are dispatched from our Mackay studio using trusted carriers including Australia Post and TNT / FedEx
- Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched
Recommended Order Timeframes
- QLD, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS: at least 6-8 weeks before your event
- WA: at least 8-10 weeks before your event
Rush Orders
- If “Rush My Order” is selected at checkout, your order will be produced and dispatched within 2–4 business days from final proof approval
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Shipping delays caused by third-party couriers are outside our control.
FAQs
Can I make changes after approving my proof?
Once your final proof is approved, your order moves into production and can’t be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before approving.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because all products are custom made to order, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching your approved proof, please contact us — we’ll always work with you to resolve it.
Will colours look exactly the same as on my screen?
Minor colour variations can occur due to screen settings and the nature of fabric printing. These are considered normal and don’t affect quality.
