How it works

1. Choose your stubby style & quantity
Select your preferred style (Slimline, Standard or Overlocked) and the quantity you need for your event.

2. Pick your colours & design
Browse our colour range and choose your Party Hat colour.

3. Add your wording
Enter your nickname, date, location, or any custom text you'd like included.
If you have special requests — fonts, layout tweaks, colour changes — just leave us a note. We love that stuff.

4. Add your image/s
Upload up to 2 images for us to use in the design (if your design needs images).

5. We design your proof
Within 24–48 hours, our family team creates your custom proof and sends it to you for approval.

6. Approve & we start making them
Once you approve your proof, we begin production. Every stubby holder is printed, pressed and handmade by us in Queensland.

7. They arrive ready to party
Your stubbies are carefully packed and shipped to your door — ready for your big day.

Pricing & Quantities
Timing and Delivery

Production Time

  • All products are custom made to order
  • Standard production time is up to 4 weeks from final proof approval
  • Production runs Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays)

Shipping

  • Shipping time is additional to production
  • Orders are dispatched from our Mackay studio using trusted carriers including Australia Post and TNT / FedEx
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched

Recommended Order Timeframes

  • QLD, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS: at least 6-8 weeks before your event
  • WA: at least 8-10 weeks before your event

Rush Orders

  • If “Rush My Order” is selected at checkout, your order will be produced and dispatched within 2–4 business days from final proof approval

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Shipping delays caused by third-party couriers are outside our control.

Absolutely. We send a digital proof within 24–48 hours of your order.
Nothing goes to print until you’re 100% happy and approve it.

Can I make changes to my design?

Of course. Colour tweaks, wording changes, layout adjustments — it’s all part of the process.
We’ll work with you until it’s perfect.

What if I don’t know what colours to choose?

No problem at all.
