Sample orders are prioritised and dispatched within one week of proof approval.

- Expert construction — all seams are chain-stitched on our industrial machines, finished with high-quality binding tape and bar-tacked for strength
- Signature non-slip base — sharkskin base secured with our signature gluing technique so it stays firmly in place and never (and we do mean never) falls out

Step 2: Receive your digital proof
Your first personalised proof is typically sent within 24 hours of ordering (or 24-48 hours during busy periods).
Step 3: Refine your design
Review the proof and send through any changes. We’ll revise and resend with unlimited design revisions until you’re completely happy.
Step 4: Approve & print
Once you approve your final proof, your order moves into production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
We don’t rush the design stage - it’s collaborative, relaxed, and all about getting it right before we print.

Timing and Delivery
Production Time
- All products are custom made to order
- Standard production time is up to 10 business daysfrom final proof approval
- Production runs Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays)
Shipping
- Shipping time is additional to production
- Orders are dispatched from our Mackay studio using trusted carriers including Australia Post and TNT / FedEx
- Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched
Recommended Order Timeframes
- QLD, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS: at least 8 weeks before your event
- WA: at least 10 weeks before your event
Rush Orders
- If “Rush My Order” is selected at checkout, your order will be produced and dispatched within 2–4 business days from final proof approval
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.
FAQs
Can I make changes after approving my proof?
No. Once your final proof is approved, your order moves into production and can no longer be changed or cancelled. Please review all wording, spelling, dates and details carefully before approving.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes - but only before final proof approval. Once your final proof is approved, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of our
products.
Do you offer refunds or returns?Because all products are custom made to order, we can’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching your approved proof,
please contact us with photos and your order details and we’ll work with you on
an appropriate resolution in line with our policies and Australian Consumer
Law.
Will colours look exactly the same as on my screen?
Minor colour variation can occur due to screen settings, dye-sublimation printing, fabric texture and normal print tolerances. These minor variations are considered normal and do not constitute faults. If you have very specific colour requirements, please let us know before final proof approval so we can discuss options.
