Choose your colours, add your names and details, then use the Front + Back selectors to choose a design for each side. Your front design will update live as you go.

Don’t stress about getting everything perfect. We check every order and send you a digital proof to approve before we print.

How to customise your design

1. Start with Front
Choose your Stubby Holder Colour and Text Colour, then add your names, date and wording. You’ll see your front design update live as you make your changes.

2. Choose your Back
Switch to Back and choose the back design you’d like. Your stubby holder colour carries across to both sides.

3. Add any back wording
Some back designs have extra text fields. Add your wording there as normal. The live preview only updates the front, so you won’t see back text appear on screen. We’ll add it when we prepare your proof.

4. Adding a photo or logo?
Use the Upload Image fields to send us your files. If you don’t need them, just leave them blank.

5. Anything else? Tell us!
Use Extra Notes For Your Designer (Optional) for anything you’d like changed, moved, removed or done a little differently. This is your spot for anything the customiser doesn’t quite cover.

Then leave the rest to us

Once your order comes through, we check everything, prepare your finished artwork and send you a digital proof to approve before we print.

Nothing goes into production until you’re happy, and design revisions are unlimited.

Made for your wedding, by us

Your stubby holders are printed and handmade by our family team in Mackay, Queensland, using premium 5mm neoprene and vibrant full-colour printing.

They look great on the tables, keep drinks cold all night and are dangerously good at disappearing into handbags afterwards. Flattering, really.

Shipping  

All Cheers Co products are custom made to order.


Standard production time: Up to 10 business days from final proof approval. During busy or peak periods, production may take longer.


Our studio operates Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays). Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.


Loss or Damage in Transit: If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can work with the courier to investigate.


At this time, The Cheers Co ships within Australia only.

Returns  

Because all Cheers Co products are custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.


As part of our process, you will receive a digital proof for review and approval prior to printing. Please take the time to carefully check all details, including colours, spelling, names, dates and wording, before giving final proof approval.


Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only before final proof approval. Once your final proof is approved, cancellations are not possible.


Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching your approved proof, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details.


We will work with you to assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy – such as a replacement, repair or refund – in line with this policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Colour & Print Disclaimer: Minor colour and print variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects or faults.


If you have very specific colour requirements, please let us know before final proof approval so we can discuss options.
